Over the course of seven years, we have developed three raw vegan brands. We produce homemade fruit desserts, namely, FruityDay (raw sweets), KombuChaman (probiotic drinks & tinctures), and Hynkovy Fermenty (eg:mustard, kimchi, ketchup, cabbage, & crackers, etc).

The FruityDay project was created thanks to our taste for sweet, joy of fruit & need to eat natural ingredients only. We make raw vegan desserts & sweets. Instead of flour & sugar, we use dates - a source of fruit energy from simple carbohydrates. Dates contain selenium, copper, magnesium, potassium & other minerals. We use local or organic ingredients. Our recipes are balanced & simple, to make sure the gifts created by nature really stand out. We produce everything at low temperatures, so the ingredients retain all the enzymes & vitamins in their original forms. We love to eat FruityDay sweets with fresh fruit.

The project Kombuchaman had formed as soon as Hynek moved into Vila Flora with jars of miraculous fermented tea, and his love for this symbiotic culture. Thanks to the feedback of many friends, he creates delicious kombuchas that we drink during everyday celebrations & herbal balsamic, which we add to our meals; & strong tinctures that we spray when we have a wound, a sore throat or toothache.

When we discovered the magic of raw sauerkraut, our eyes lit up, taste buds cheered, and it became our daily manna. Kimchi, cucumbers, ketchup, mustard soon followed, and since then the list has no end. Project Hynkovy Fermenty (Hynek's Ferments) was formed. The goal is to return our culture to the roots of fermentation. Fermented food is becoming more & more popular. It is our medicine, bread & milk. We eat them during the day and with ferments our dinners turn to feasts. All our ferments are sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, &100% raw.
