Hynek’s Mild Kimchi will liven up any of your meals. Fresh local cabbage fermented in its own juice, inspired by Korean recipes. However, unlike most kimchi on the market, this is non-spicy & sweet in taste (only spiced thanks to ginger & garlic). So you can eat it as a garnish with any of your regular or favorite foods. All our ingredients come from farmers in Southern Bohemia.

Fine Kimchi fits perfectly with any salty dish, as a supplement and as an important living component of your diet. Kimchi has a large number of probiotic cultures essential for our digestion. Thus, eating kimchi is a natural way to strengthen our immunity. Kimchi will make an ordinary salad a specialty, if you have kimchi, you can celebrate, just with only bread, rice or potatoes as a side dish.

 

PACKAGING AND DURABILITY

You will get our Mild Kimchi in a glass jar. Consume kimchi within one month after ordering. Always push down the vegetables in the jar, so that it is immersed in the liquid. Once opened, store in a cool place.
