Kimchi is a fermented vegetable in its own juice, inspired by Korean recipes. Fresh chili peppers give it hotness, while garlic & ginger, it’s spiciness. Beetroot gives it a beautiful color & crunch. All vegetables come from farmers in Southern Bohemia.

Hynek’s spicy Kimchi will add a hotness to any of your salty dishes. It is fresh, uncooked and will therefore perfectly complement your diet with an important living ingredient. At the same time, kimchi contains a large number of probiotic cultures essential for our digestion. Thus, eating kimchi naturally strengthens the immunity. Ginger, garlic & chilli are antiseptic. If you add a bit of spicy kimchi on a sandwich, it will gain many extra dimensions, as well as to a soup or veg & non-veg delicacies.

 

PACKAGING AND DURABILITY

You will get our Spicy Kimchi in a glass jar. Consume kimchi within one month after ordering. Always push down the vegetables in the jar, so that it is immersed in the liquid. Once opened, store in a cool place.
